Konsekvensene av digitalisering av FM-radio for lytteren

For the government in general - and for the Ministry of Economic Affairs in particular - it is important to be well informed about the expected developments surrounding TDAB. This enables them to legitimize their current policies and determine which impulses they need to initiate. The ministry aims, partly based on the outcomes of this research, to gain insight into the impact of the transition to digital radio for the listener. The focus is on the additional costs, the costs that a consumer incurs to purchase a TDAB radio. The outcomes of the research should also contribute to the 'modeling' through which the ministry can monitor TDAB usage in the near future. Specifically, this research addresses the following two questions: What are the expected additional costs for a TDAB receiver for the listener voluntarily switching to TDAB? What are the expected additional costs for a TDAB receiver for the listener in case of a shutdown of analog FM radio?
