Rijkswaterstaat (RWS) is currently considering the development of a new Innovation Agenda. The current, and also the first organization-wide Innovation Agenda, runs until 2020 and there is a need for a follow-up.
RWS needs support in collecting, organizing, and presenting in a clear way (unveiling) all internally available information and ideas regarding both the priority innovation issues and the most suitable approaches concerning the innovation process. Dialogic will support Rijkswaterstaat in the lead-up to the new Innovation Agenda. The activities are carried out by Matthijs Janssen, Anna Grond, Jessica Steur, and Pim den Hertog (project leader).
