Evaluation "Early realization of fiber optic in four business parks in Overijssel"

Dialogic has been asked by the Province of Overijssel to evaluate three early realisations in the field of broadband infrastructure on business parks. These realisations focused on the broadband infrastructure of the business parks Spoorlanden-Zendijk (municipality of Kampen), Hengevelde (municipality of Hof van Twente) and Stepelo (municipality of Haaksbergen). The Province considers these three early realisations as a learning trajectory of initiatives aimed at achieving high-quality broadband infrastructure where it is not established by the market. To expedite these projects, the Province has provided loans and subsidies. In the evaluation, Dialogic has examined the process of providing subsidies and loans, as well as the outcomes of the projects. Furthermore, we have mapped out the lessons learned in these projects.
