Meet Pim
I have been working at Dialogic as a researcher since October 2020. My main focus is on evaluating instruments, institutions, and programmes in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship policy. I do this on behalf of various (semi-)public organisations, including various Dutch ministries, provinces, ROMs, and municipalities. My broad knowledge base, adaptability, and critical eye help me carefully analyse and translate complex issues into understandable text. In addition to qualitative research methods such as interviews and surveys, I also enjoy using quantitative tools and methods as part of my research.
Before joining Dialogic, I completed a bachelor's degree in Natural Science and Innovation Management (specialising in Life Science) and a master's degree in Innovation Sciences at Utrecht University. I further expanded my knowledge base by completing a master's in Applied Cognitive Psychology. I graduated with honours, including a placement at TNO where I researched the role of embodiment in remotely controlling robots.
In my free time, I primarily engage in sports, enjoy fun outings with friends and family, pursue photography, and create music.
