Meet Pim
Since October 2020, I have been working at Dialogic as a researcher and consultant. I am active in various domains but mainly focus on policy evaluations and strategic advice in the areas of innovation, digitalisation, and education as well as the labour market. My broad knowledge base, adaptability, and critical perspective help me carefully analyse complex issues and translate them into understandable text. In addition to qualitative research methods such as interviews and surveys, I also enjoy using quantitative tools and methods as part of my research.
Before joining Dialogic, I completed a bachelor's degree in Science and Innovation Management (specialising in Life Science) and a master's degree in Innovation Sciences at Utrecht University. I further expanded my knowledge base by pursuing a master's degree in Applied Cognitive Psychology, where I learned to apply knowledge of cognition and behaviour to solve everyday problems. I graduated from this master's programme with distinction, following an internship at TNO where I researched the role of embodiment in remotely controlling robots.
In my free time, I enjoy sports, going on fun outings with friends and family, and producing music.
