For Horizon 2020 Policy Support Facility, Pim den Hertog from Dialogic, together with Paul Cunningham (MIoIR) and Viola Peter (Technopolis Group), have written the report Mutual Learning exercise — Ex-post evaluation of business R&I grant schemes as part of an independent panel of experts.

The aim of the Mutual Learning exercise is to improve information exchange, learn from each other, and identify good practices among the participating countries. The expert panel invited speakers with in-depth knowledge and experience from the field. Through these discussions, they tried to broaden the debate in an enlightening yet provocative way. Approaches, methods, and new ways to solve problems were addressed. The report analyzes and summarizes the discussions among representatives from five countries; Spain, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Germany.
