Broadband deployment on small business parks in Gelderland Dialogic has conducted a research project on the possibilities for and barriers to the deployment of broadband internet on small business parks in Gelderland. The aim of the project was to gain insights into the current situation and develop recommendations to improve broadband infrastructure in these areas. The research was commissioned by the Gelderland province, which is interested in enhancing digital connectivity for businesses in the region.

Dialogic has been asked by the Province of Gelderland to conduct research on financial support options for the realization of broadband on small business parks. The Province has budget reserved for 2015 to provide loans on favourable terms for projects that establish broadband on business parks in Gelderland. In a letter to the States dated 20 January 2015 (case number 2014-015871), it was also indicated that research should be carried out on future policies for business parks. Is policy actually necessary, and if so, which strategic option is most suitable? Dialogic will map out the situation regarding broadband on Gelderland business parks, analyse whether public intervention is necessary, and if so, outline different strategic options and their advantages and disadvantages.
