Dialogic evaluated, on behalf of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science (Directorate of Literature, Media, and Libraries), the temporary incentive scheme for press innovation. This scheme originates from an advice given by the Temporary Committee on Innovation and Future of the Press (colloquially known as the Brinkman Committee) to promote innovation in the press and journalism.
