My name is Jan Kappé and since February 2022 I am working as a research assistant at Dialogic. I am following the master Innovation Sciences at the Technical University of Eindhoven where I will graduate in 2023. Before I started my master I completed the bachelor ICT & Technology (embedded software engineering) at the Fontys in Eindhoven. I found the technology very interesting but wanted to develop myself further in the field of innovation on a more strategic level so the master Innovation Sciences suited me very well. Among other things, I am very interested in transition theory, climate policy (electric driving) and policy research. For example, I studied how the global growth of electric cars impacts countries like Congo-Kinshasa, where many essential minerals come from. In addition to my interest in innovation sciences, I am very passionate about making music and play guitar and piano.
