For programmabureau i-teams, TNS NIPO and Dialogic are conducting a quick scan to assess the demand for support following the i-teams concept. The i-teams Program supports Dutch governments in implementing basic services of the Dutch e-government (such as DigiD, eNIK, BSN, BIN, and the e-Form) and in linking up to key registers (such as GBA, NHR, and BAG).
Currently, i-teams are already working with and within provinces, municipalities, and water boards. The programmabureau is considering expanding its scope to include other types of actors such as central governments, agencies, public-law entities, and other organizations with a public task. For all these organizations, utilizing the basic services could potentially bring significant benefits. Connecting to key registers is even mandatory in most cases. It is suspected that the majority of these organizations, however, have little oversight of the possibilities and obligations related to the basic services and key registers. The programmabureau i-teams, in turn, has limited visibility on the actual level of knowledge of these organizations. Most importantly, they would like to gain more insight into the potential need of these organizations for support in line with the i-teams concept.
