Dialogic provides three workshops on roadmapping for Cubiss. In a series of three meetings, libraries learn how to apply the management technique of Roadmapping. The goal of roadmapping (or creating 'route maps') is to support making strategic choices and entering into strategic partnerships to achieve the desired innovation objectives.
The first workshop focuses on environmental analysis: what trends and developments are important, where are opportunities for libraries? What are the current strengths and weaknesses of the organization? Subsequently, desired future scenarios are developed, and thought is given to the steps needed to achieve these future objectives.
